Our Story.
Hi!
We're Jayson and Sarah, founders and co-creators of OTPreneur.com and the OTPreneur Podcast.
Like you, we both went to Occupational Therapy school with the goal to support individuals thought the power of occupation. Along the way, we realized that while we loved occupational therapy, we didn't always love the long hours and limitations placed on us by being employees of another company.
So, we each decided to start a business revolving around occupational therapy.
Jayson co-founded The OT Schoolhouse where he created an online community to support other school-based OT practitioners through continuing education and shared experiences.
Sarah founded her own early intervention private practice where she and her employees work with children and their families to foster development that will last a lifetime.
We are here to support you.
Starting your business is not easy, but it is also not impossible. We want to share the mistakes we made, so you can avoid errors like under valuing yourself and creating an entire website, when a sales page will do.
It took us years to get started and to create a self-sustaining business.
